What is an escape room?
It is a physical and mental adventure game where participants are placed into a room and have to use teamwork along with elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within a set time limit. Each room is themed and has a unique storyline that engages the players through their environment.
Who is it for?
Our escape rooms are popular for casual get-togethers with friends & family, gamers, date night, tourists, special events, birthday parties, team building, and just for a reason to escape the room.
When are you open?
We are available for groups, organizations, and corporate bookings Monday through Thursday.
We are open to the public on:
- Friday (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Saturday (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

How much does it cost?
$25 per person, per game (plus tax).
We offer special pricing for certain organizations, corporate events, or full facility rentals. Email for more information at statesborounlocked@gmail.com.
Am I really locked in a room?
No! The fire marshal frowns on actually locking customers in a room. At any point during a game, a player can leave the room. However, the time will continue to count down in your absence.
How old do I have to be to play an Escape Game?
To encourage the enjoyment of all players of our real-life escape games, we ask that any party with children under the age of 18 MUST book with a paying adult. All players 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Will I have to play with people I don't know?
Each of our rooms have a maximum capacity. If your party has fewer people than the maximum capacity, there is a chance that others might also book during that game time. Of course, playing the game with new people can often add a fresh perspective to the challenges and is a great way to make new friends!
I want to play with my friends only. What should I do?
You must purchase all tickets for that room. If there is still room available at the time of purchase, then another small group has the chance to purchase tickets for that slot.
What time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled game to allow us ample time to explain the rules and have you fill out the necessary participant waivers. We do our best to have our games start on time and can't delay start times due to tardiness of any players. No refunds can be given for missed reservations.
What is your refund policy?
Bookings are non-refundable. In the event that we must close for inclement weather or other such emergencies, customers will be individually emailed by Statesboro Unlocked so that arrangements may be made..
Are animals or pets allowed in the rooms?
Service animals are always welcome; purse pets or any other pet are not.
Can we bring alcohol in with us?
While that may sound like a great idea to some, the answer is no, you will need most of your brain power to escape the room. There are plenty of places close to us for you to enjoy an adult beverage after your experience. Trust us you are going to talk about your experience for hours.
